Recruitment Consultant / Account Manager
We are looking for a self‑motivated, ambitious professional to build and nurture relationships with technology companies across the UK, EU and USA, driving business development and successful candidate placements.
Responsibilities
- Develop new and existing business within technology markets.
- Map markets and pursue business development activities.
- Interview candidates to assess suitability for roles and target organisations, supported by candidate engagement.
- Utilise high‑tech software platforms, job boards, LinkedIn, CRM technology and other resources to acquire hard‑to‑find talent and foster long‑term relationships.
- Attend relevant industry events.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Business Development, Account Management, Marketing, etc.).
- Attend client meetings and virtual meetings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Motivated and goal‑oriented.
- Positive attitude and proven track record of achieving targets.
- Demonstrated success in winning market share within a chosen area of specialism.
- Excellent communication skills, professionalism, resilience, and perseverance.
- Willing to invest fully in the role and work hard to reap rewards.
