We are currently seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join our successful and well-established Industrial Department based in Cannock. No previous recruitment experience is required we provide full training, ongoing support, and a clear pathway for career development.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a background in sales, customer service, or a role involving people interaction who is looking to build a long-term career in a fast‑paced and rewarding industry.
The Role:
- Full 360‑degree recruitment role, managing the entire recruitment process from business development through to candidate placement. Business development and selling recruitment services to new and existing clients (B2B)
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Visiting clients on-site and managing their recruitment accounts
- Sourcing and interviewing candidates for a variety of roles including but not limited to warehouse operatives, production operatives, picking and packing roles, FLT Drivers and many more.
- Conducting face‑to‑face candidate interviews
- Ensuring all compliance and administrative processes are followed
- Successfully matching candidates to suitable roles and placing them into employment
Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, account management, or a similar people‑focused role is highly desirable
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident, outgoing, and professional approach
- Self‑motivated with a strong work ethic
- Ability to build relationships at all levels
- Eagerness to learn and develop within the recruitment industry
- Full UK driving licence or currently learning to drive
