The Role
As a Lead Generation Intern, you will be responsible for identifying prospective clients and strategic partners, building prospect databases, and helping generate opportunities for the business development team.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify prospective clients and business partners
- Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, networking platforms, and online research
- Build and maintain lead databases and CRM records
- Source potential partnership opportunities with luxury brands, hotels, restaurants, resorts, and premium service providers
- Assist with outreach campaigns and prospect engagement
- Track lead generation activity and maintain accurate recordsIdentify new business opportunities and market trends
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication skills
- Confident using LinkedIn and online research tools
- Organised and detail-oriented
- Self-motivated with a proactive attitude
- Comfortable working independently
- Interest in sales, lead generation, business development, or entrepreneurship
- Previous experience is beneficial but not required
Compensation
This internship is unpaid for the first month.
Following successful completion of the internship, candidates may be offered one of the following pathways:
- Salaried Lead Generation Executive position
- Commission-Only Lead Generation Executive position
- Freelance Lead Generation Executive positionPromotion to Lead Generation Supervisor for exceptional performers as the team expands
