Lead Design Manager — Major Public Sector Project

Henry Martin Group is seeking a Design Manager and Senior Design Manager for a flagship £400m project for the Ministry of Justice, based in the Manchester area. This role offers the chance to manage the design process from pre-construction to delivery, contributing to a significant public sector development.

The ideal candidates will have experience in design management with a main contractor, delivering large-scale construction projects, and strong skills in stakeholder management. Experience in healthcare, defence, and other major projects is advantageous.
