Senior Event Managers

We are looking for an experienced and highly organised Senior Event Managers to take a leading role in the delivery, and on event management and operating of our Ultra Challenge Series.

• Lead and shape the delivery of the UK’s biggest & most inspiring endurance events
• Take ownership of large-scale event sites and rest stops
• Work alongside a passionate, ambitious and experienced leadership team

• Help innovate and improve processes across a nationally recognised event series
• Lead on site teams of staff & volunteers across a range of activities
• Learn & gain experience of large scale events, and the detailed operations
• Travel across the UK with over 20 events to work across each year
• Support the Event Director with the project management and delivery
• Manage multiple complex live events
• Coordinate kit and equipment logistics
• Venue liaison & engage with stake holders during set up & de-rig

You Will Be…

• A proactive problem solver with strong operational leadership skills, excellent attention to detail, and a passion for delivering memorable live experiences.
• Experience managing complex outdoor events, endurance events, festivals, mass participation events, or multi-site operations would be highly advantageous.

The Role…

• Competitive hourly rates, with travel, food and accommodation covered
• Over 20 different events to work across, possible 4/5 days per event
• Events from January – October, main season May – September
