Overview
The Part‑Time UX Designer will take ownership of improving website journeys and conversion performance, using insight and experimentation to deliver measurable results. Responsibilities
- Lead UX thinking across live CRO and website optimisation initiatives
- Turn analytics, session recordings and test results into clear design actions
- Prototype and iterate user journeys that directly improve conversion metrics
- Collaborate closely with marketing, ecommerce and development partners
- Shape and prioritise your own workload in a fast‑moving environment
Requirements
- Proven UX experience within DTC or ecommerce environments
- Demonstrable track record of designs that delivered commercial impact
- Confidence working from data rather than opinion or convention
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to self‑direct effectively
- London‑based, with comfort working hybrid near London Bridge
