Lead Drainage & Water Design Team – Delivery & Innovation

Kier Group plc. is seeking two Design Team Leaders for our Drainage and Water teams based in Salford or Exeter. You will lead a talented team, ensuring high-quality and sustainable solutions across diverse projects including transportation and water. This role requires strong leadership and technical skills, as well as the ability to manage projects effectively.

With a salary of £50,000 – £57,500 plus benefits, you’ll foster team growth and innovation while managing client relationships. A full UK driving license is required.
