We are working with a growing Manchester based agency that partners with some amazing brands! They are looking for a Social Media Manager to join their team.

Snapshot of the role

• Lead on social media strategy and delivery across a mix of well-known consumer brands.
• Play a key role within the senior team, helping shape direction and drive account growth.
• Create and oversee engaging content across multiple social platforms.
• Manage and mentor junior team members.
• Build strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and main point of contact.
• Work closely with wider teams on integrated campaigns and creative ideas.
• Oversee paid social activity, with a solid understanding of performance and optimisation.
• Stay ahead of trends, spotting opportunities to keep campaigns fresh and relevant.
• Contribute to commercial success through strategic thinking and account development.

What you’ll bring to the table

• Proven experience leading social media strategy for consumer brands within an agency environment.
• Strong client leadership skills, with confidence managing senior stakeholders and growing accounts.
• Track record of delivering creative, insight-led campaigns across multiple social platforms.
• Solid understanding of paid social, performance metrics, and optimisation.
• Experience managing and developing teams, ensuring high-quality output and collaboration.
