I am currently recruiting a great role for this purpose led business who operate at the heart of their industry. I am looking for a data-driven Performance Marketing Manager to lead and optimise the digital marketing activity for the business.

You will be responsible for driving measurable growth through high-performing digital channels. You’ll take ownership of performance marketing strategy and execution—ensuring campaigns are insight-led, optimised for ROI, and aligned to the broader business objectives.

Working closely with demand generation, business development and wider marketing teams, you’ll play a central role in building and optimising the marketing funnel—identifying where audiences engage and continuously improving performance across the customer journey.

The Job:

  • Own and optimise performance across digital channels, including SEO, SEM, PPC and paid media.
  • Develop and execute data-led campaigns to drive traffic, engagement and conversion.
  • Identify target audiences, segment effectively and personalise campaign activity.
  • Monitor, analyse and report on campaign performance, using insights to drive continuous improvement.
  • Lead A/B testing and optimisation strategies to improve engagement and ROI.
  • Develop keyword strategies, improve search rankings and manage backlink profiles.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align digital activity with wider campaign and commercial goals.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, platform updates and algorithm changes.

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience in performance or digital marketing, with a strong focus on ROI and optimisation.
  • Deep understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC and digital marketing channels.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights.
  • Experience using analytics and tracking tools (e.g. Google Analytics)
  • Proven ability to manage campaigns end-to-end in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience managing budgets and delivering against performance targets.

You’ll be a commercially minded, detail-oriented marketer who thrives on data, optimisation and continuous improvement—someone who can turn insight into action and deliver measurable results.

This is a hybrid role and can be based out of either their Yorkshire office, West Midlands office, Oxfordshire office or North London office and it is 2/3 days a week in the office.
