Your Role
As a Mobile Paid Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for driving user growth through performance-based advertising on social media and in-app networks. You will design and execute campaigns, optimize performance, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to achieve ambitious growth goals in multiple GEOs, with a primary focus on Asia.
What You Will Be Doing
- Develop and execute user acquisition strategies across in‑app and social media channels
- Manage, analyze, and optimize advertising campaigns to ensure maximum ROI
- Collaborate with creative teams on the production and testing of ad creatives
- Work with data teams to align campaign strategies with business goals
- Scale campaigns across multiple markets, with a focus on Asia
- Stay on top of industry trends, tools, and best practices to drive innovation
- Be ready to thrive in a fast‑paced and slightly chaotic start‑up environment

Your Experience
- 2+ years of experience as a User Acquisition Manager in IT or fintech companies
- Hands‑on experience with social media networks (e.g., Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads)
- Practical knowledge of in‑app advertising networks (e.g., Mintegral, Unity, AppLovin, Liftoff, Moloco, Vungle, Chartboost) is a strong advantage
- Familiarity with analytics tools (GA, Looker, Amplitude, Tableau) and/or MMPs (Adjust, Appsflyer, Kochava, Branch) is desirable
- English proficiency at Intermediate level (B1) or above
