Repairs Supervisor
Cornwall – 6‑8 week contract

We supply candidates from executive to operative level, and are currently working with a social housing maintenance company, who are looking for a Repairs Supervisor based in and around Cornwall.
Day to Day Duties of the Repairs Supervisor
- Carry out day to day repair/damp and mould surveys for social housing stock
- Provide technical advice and ensure compliance with building regulations and health & safety requirements
- Build strong working relationships with tenants, contractors, and internal teams
- Write up technical reports, giving recommendations for completing works
Requirements for the role (Skills & Qualifications)
- Have experience carrying out housing maintenance surveys in a social housing setting
- Relevant qualifications/experience in building surveying
- Knowledge of upcoming legislations surrounding the building surveying industry
- Experience with damp and mould
