Service Engineer
South Wales – £37,000-£42,000 + regular overtime (double time) + training + van + pension.
We are seeking an electrically biased Service Engineer to cover the South Wales area, providing great training, overtime and day-to-day variety. The role involves servicing and maintaining loading bay and dock levelling equipment on a large supermarket contract.
Responsibilities
- Service dock levelling machinery
- Cover South Wales (Cardiff, Newport, Swansea, and surrounding areas)
- Work Monday to Friday – 50 hours (guaranteed 50 hours pay even if you only worked 45)
- Overtime is time and a half
- Participate in a 1-in-7 on-call rota (£700)
- Receive training provided by the company
Requirements
- Electrical bias – 3-phase electrical experience is a must
- Experience in a similar field service role
- Beneficial: experience with hydraulics
- Must live within South Wales or a reasonable travelling distance of the M4 corridor
- Valid driving licence
