Maritime Engineer

Overview

A well-established global client is looking to hire a Maritime Engineer based in Scotland or Ascot across two UK offices. The ideal candidate should have 10-15 years of experience and be open to full-time work. This role is open to both contract and permanent employment. Responsibilities

• Design experience in ports and harbour facilities.
• Project design work on different vessels and ferry ports.
• Use a variety of structural software packages for design and analysis.
• Contribute to geotechnical projects as required.

Qualifications

• Maritime Engineer with a minimum of 10 years’ experience.
• Design experience in ports & harbour facilities.
• Project design work on different vessels/ferry ports.
• Proficiency with a variety of structural software.
• Geotechnical project experience.
• Structural engineering background.
• Oil and Gas project experience.

Employment type

• Full-time or contract roles (client open to both).
