Field Sales Engineer (Industrial Plastics / Polyurethane)

Overview

We are looking for a Sales Engineer with experience in industrial plastics or polyurethane to develop new business and manage existing accounts across the UK. This field‑based role offers £40,000 base salary, uncapped commission, and a range of benefits including car allowance or company car, training, progression, autonomy, and company benefits.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business and manage existing customer accounts across the UK
• Provide technical sales support for industrial plastics and polyurethane solutions
• Prepare quotations, proposals and commercially aligned solutions based on customer requirements
• Conduct site visits, product demonstrations and customer meetings
• Work closely with internal technical and production teams to support projects and customer delivery
• Support exhibitions, trade shows and industry events

Qualifications

• Experience in technical sales, field sales or applications engineering
• Background in industrial plastics, polyurethane products or engineering
• Full UK driving licence
