Workshop Manager (HGV / PSV) – £66,000 – £70,000 + Days Based + Mon – Fri + Flexible Hours + Enhanced Pension + Funded Qualifications • High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire
Responsibilities
- Help to oversee all engineering operations on site
- Organise a team of engineers and delegate workload
- Oversee planned and reactive maintenance
- Manage a Monday to Friday, 40-hour week with flexible hours based on operational needs
- Coordinate with the Area Manager and maintain an efficient workshop to maximise uptime
The Person / Qualifications
- Workshop Manager or similar
- From an HGV / PSV / Agricultural fleet background
- UK driving license
