Responsibilities
- Overseeing planned PPM/compliance works.
- Keeping the client informed of site activities.
- Assisting contractors and sub‑contractors and ensuring compliance with all statutory obligations.
- Completing all work‑related documentation accurately and on time.
- Maintaining and repairing all operational equipment within the sites.
Requirements
- Qualified at a City & Guilds level
- Experience within a maintenance / facilities management environment.
- Full UK Driving Licence
