The rewards

• Up to £45,000 per annum plus bonus
• Days, Monday to Friday

The role of Maintenance Engineer:

• Using mechanical engineering skills to optimise injection moulding and extrusion processes
• Troubleshooting and resolving technical challenges across production lines
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives
• Collaborating with production teams to identify and address quality concerns
• Minimising downtime and developing and improving production lines

The ideal Maintenance Engineer:

• Extensive experience of plastic injection moulding machinery and production processes
• Mechanically biased with knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Proactive, hands‑on, and willing to support wherever needed
