Electrical Design Engineer

Overview

Are you an electrical design engineer with experience on LV Rail renewals? Have you worked on London Underground electrical infrastructure?

Location: London – Stratford – hybrid

Rate: 450 per day – (Inside IR35)

Contract length: Ongoing

Responsibilities

• Deliver LV electrical designs in line with LU standards and specifications.
• Review and assure designs produced by third parties.
• Provide on-site assurance and technical support during installation and commissioning.
• Work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams across the LU Renewals and Enhancements portfolio.

Essential Requirements

• Experience working on London underground electrical infrastructure.
• Strong understanding on TFl/LU standards and processes.
• Experience using Prodesign (Amtech) and Dialux is essential.
• Willing to travel to sites on an adhoc basis.
• Experience working on station and depots electrical renewals and enhancements.
