POST SALES SUPPORT ENGINEER – LTE/5G ROUTERS – TURKISH SPEAKER

Overview

We are hiring a Post Sales Support Engineer for industrial IoT solutions, focusing on LTE/5G routers, edge gateways, SD‑WAN devices, and wireless networking equipment. The role is remote‑based in the UK with some travel to customer sites and partner offices.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for customers and partners after the sales process.
• Ensure seamless implementation of industrial networking hardware and IoT solutions.
• Provide hands‑on support for product integration, configuration, testing, and troubleshooting.

Requirements

• Must be based in the UK and fluent in English and Turkish.
• Background in supporting LTE/5G routers, edge gateways, SD‑WAN devices, and wireless networking equipment.
• Ready to travel to customer sites and partner offices as required.
• Unable to offer sponsorship.
