This is a fantastic opportunity for an engineer with strong automation and control systems knowledge to move into a highly rewarding training-focused role. Working with cutting-edge industrial technologies, you ll design and deliver hands‑on training programs that support engineers and technicians across a wide range of automation systems. Trainer – Automation Control Systems – The Role:
- Develop and deliver training programs covering PLCs, SCADA, HMIs and industrial automation systems
- Create training materials including manuals, presentations and practical workshop exercises
- Deliver classroom and hands‑on technical training sessions
- Train engineers on industrial communication protocols including Ethernet/IP, Modbus, Profibus, Profinet and TCP/IP
- Assess trainee performance and provide technical coaching and feedback
- Support troubleshooting and real‑world problem‑solving exercises
- Work closely with project teams to align training with operational and industry requirements
- Help maintain training records and evaluate training effectiveness
Trainer Automation Control Systems – What We re Looking For:
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics or similar
- Strong experience with industrial automation systems such as Siemens, Allen‑Bradley or Schneider
- Good understanding of control systems, instrumentation and industrial networking
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and confidently
- Hands‑on engineering mindset with strong troubleshooting skills
- Knowledge of safety and quality standards beneficial
