Salary: GBP41250 – GBP43500 per annum

Locations: Ealing, North London, Hounslow & LambethSalary: Up to £43,426.50 per annum

We are currently recruiting experienced Commercial Dwellings Engineers to join a growing team working across commercial residential properties in Ealing, North London, Hounslow, and Lambeth.

This is an excellent opportunity for qualified engineers looking for long-term, stable work with a well-established organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Servicing, maintenance, and repair of commercial heating systems
• Fault finding and diagnostics
• Planned and reactive maintenance works
• Working across occupied commercial dwellings and residential blocks
• Ensuring all work is completed safely and in line with regulations
• Delivering excellent customer service to tenants and clients

Requirements

• Previous experience working within commercial dwellings/commercial properties essential
• Strong fault-finding and maintenance experience
• Experience with communal heating systems advantageous
• Full UK driving licence
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
