Service & Breakdown Engineer – Housing Association (Kent London)
We’re looking for an experienced Service and Breakdown Engineer to join our client, supporting housing association properties across Kent.
What’s on offer
- £42,500 basic salary
- Company van and fuel card provided
- Optional call-out rota – earn an additional £10,000-£18,000 per year
- Stable, long-term work with a respected housing provider
Requirements
- Proven experience in servicing and breakdowns (domestic housing)
- Relevant gas qualifications (e.g. CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1, HTR1)
- Full UK driving licence
