What You Will Do

• Manage and coach Engineering Managers and Lead Engineers to foster a culture of continuous improvement and high‑quality delivery.
• Oversee the architectural direction and technical strategy for your domain, ensuring systems are scalable, secure, and maintainable.
• Partner closely with Product and Design leadership to define OKRs and ensure engineering efforts align with strategic business objectives.

The ideal candidate

• Proven track record of managing multiple engineering teams in a fast‑paced, high‑growth SaaS or marketplace environment.
• Deep technical background with expertise in modern full‑stack development, distributed systems, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Python/React preferred).
• Strong leadership maturity with a focus on psychological safety, performance management, and developing the next generation of engineering leaders.
