Mechanical Maintenance Engineer/Technician

PRS Recruitment Agency is currently seeking experienced Mechanical Maintenance Engineers to work with some of our most prestigious clients in Milton Keynes. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a well‑established company that values its employees and provides ongoing training and support.

Key responsibility

• Carrying out daily PPM and Reactive Maintenance tasks
• Carrying out daily emergency callout tasks
• Lighting (Small installation, Fault‑finding, Lamping, Changing ballast, Control panel, Power distribution)
• Emergency lighting
• Air Conditioning – Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning)
• Chillers – Re‑set
• Water Treatment (Temperature checks)
• Pumps, motors
• Water Treatment
• BMS System – Monitor (i.e. Hot & Colds)
• UPS Systems – Monitor / Take readings

Requirements

• Trade trained with ideally 3 years’ experience in the building services
• City & Guilds Qualified Mechanical
• Has the will and desire to succeed and learn
• Good building services knowledge
