This is a career-defining role for mechanically trained engineers who are genuinely motivated to:

What We’re Looking For (Essential)

  • Mechanically biased engineers with Apprenticeship (Mechanical) OR NVQ Level 3 in Mechanical Maintenance / Engineering.
  • Backgrounds considered: Manufacturing (including automotive, aerospace, process chemicals), Food & beverage/packaging (sweet spot), Pharmaceutical/process industries, or any mechanical maintenance environment (open to all trades).
  • Exposure to conveyors, motors, gearboxes, belts, packaging machinery/process equipment, basic exposure to sensors, relays, or electrical fault‑finding (highly beneficial).
