What We’re Looking For (Essential)
- Mechanically biased engineers with Apprenticeship (Mechanical) OR NVQ Level 3 in Mechanical Maintenance / Engineering.
- Backgrounds considered: Manufacturing (including automotive, aerospace, process chemicals), Food & beverage/packaging (sweet spot), Pharmaceutical/process industries, or any mechanical maintenance environment (open to all trades).
- Exposure to conveyors, motors, gearboxes, belts, packaging machinery/process equipment, basic exposure to sensors, relays, or electrical fault‑finding (highly beneficial).

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and repair process and packaging machinery.
- Carry out planned and reactive mechanical maintenance.

- Work on high‑speed, automated FMCG production lines.
