Senior Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Engineer – Exeter

Salary: £33,280 – £43,690 DOE. 40 hours per week. Company van and mobile phone. Regular overtime available.

Responsibilities

• Attend customer sites across the South West to diagnose and resolve refrigeration or air‑conditioning issues.
• Problem‑solve and identify the best technical solutions.
• Price jobs and provide clear, accurate information to customers.
• Deliver excellent customer service and represent the business professionally.
• Complete paperwork and ensure compliance standards are met.

Positions Available

• Senior Refrigeration Engineer (Technical Focus)
  • Hands‑on engineering, fault‑finding, and customer visits.
• Senior Refrigeration Engineer with Project Management
  • Manage projects from initial enquiry to completion.
  • Ensure quotes are sent and followed up.
  • Schedule jobs and coordinate workloads.
  • Oversee billing and job management.
  • Act as a key point of contact for customers.

Requirements

• NVQ in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, or
  • F‑Gas and ODS Regulations certification.
• Reliable, hardworking and committed.
• Natural problem‑solver.
