Engineering Manager Responsibilities
- Lead, develop, and grow a high‑performing engineering team.
- The wider technology environment includes Node.js, React, TypeScript, AWS (Lambda & ECS), and Terraform.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leaders and external partners.
- Drive engineering standards and promote a positive, high‑performing team culture.
- Support and mentor engineers, enabling continuous development and progression.
Engineering Manager Requirements
- Previous experience operating as an Engineering Manager.
- A proactive and people‑focused leader, with a collaborative approach and enthusiasm for coaching others.
- Confident managing stakeholders at multiple levels, including executives and third parties.
- An interest in and exposure to AI tools and technologies.
