We’re looking for an experienced Senior Lead Producer, Special Projects to lead high-volume campaigns and productions across multiple brands, collaborators and creative disciplines. These projects often involve varying stakeholder groups, approval structures, timelines and ways of working – requiring a producer who can bring clarity, structure and momentum to fast-moving productions. At this level, you are a senior production leader who combines deep hands‑on production expertise with the ability to guide others, shape ways of working and drive continuous improvement. You will lead high‑impact campaigns and fashion‑forward editorial productions from early creative development through delivery, while helping define scalable production workflows, operational processes and ways of working across a growing portfolio of collaborative projects. You are trusted to make complex decisions, navigate high‑pressure situations with confidence and act as a key production partner to creative and marketing leadership – while still remaining close to the work.
Your Mission
- Lead end-to-end production of high-profile campaigns and fashion-forward editorial content across film, photography, digital, social and emerging formats, with the ability to adapt approach and rigour across both agile low-budget shoots and complex large-scale productions.
- Own multiple productions or work streams simultaneously, balancing creative ambition, budget, timelines and risk.
- Translate creative concepts into robust, scalable production strategies in partnership with creative and marketing teams.
- Anticipate production challenges early and proactively propose solutions and trade-offs.
- Leverage the brand’s and collaborator’s cultural equity to secure world‑class talent and visionaries under strict budget parameters.
- Act as the strategic bridge between avant‑garde guest creatives and internal fiscal realities – ensuring groundbreaking execution without budget overruns.
- Architect production strategies for high‑concept, culturally defining projects that maximize on‑screen value through resourceful asset allocation.
Your Story
- A senior production leader with experience in campaign, content, or commercial production (brand, agency and/or production company side).
- Highly fluent across the full production lifecycle, with repeated success leading complex productions.
- Comfortable taking accountability for decisions that affect multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Known for remaining calm, decisive and solutions‑focused in high-pressure environments.
- A strong communicator who can influence senior stakeholders without micromanaging. Curious, entrepreneurial and motivated to improve how production works – not just deliver against briefs.
- Possess the cultural fluency and artistic vocabulary to collaborate directly with world-renowned designers, artists and elite directors.
- Highly resourceful with lean budgets; expert at optimising crew sizes, usage rights and cross‑functional budgets to achieve a premium look.
- Comfortable navigating the distinct workflows and strong viewpoints of world-class talent while keeping shoots grounded and on schedule.
