Role & Responsibilities

• Ensure that all activities required to maintain equipment are executed with high quality, focusing on preventive and predictive maintenance.
• Detect deviations in plant asset performance in a timely manner.
• Fault‑find across AC/DC motors and drives, PLCs, sensors and pumps.
• Ensure safe, efficient and quality execution of routine maintenance work daily, with detailed job preparation in collaboration with the area engineer.
• Establish standard work plans for repetitive maintenance tasks and promote standardization.
• Inspect equipment and facilities on random or scheduled daily tours to detect anomalies.
• Provide support to maintenance teams in diagnosis and problem solving.
• Apply predictive maintenance techniques when appropriate for equipment and component management.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

• NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance programmes and troubleshooting tools.
• Strong fault‑finding and repair experience.
• Experience working with AC/DC motors and drives.
• PLC fault‑finding experience is advantageous.
• Ability to work under pressure and find solutions quickly.
