Medical Field Service Engineer – X‑ray, CT & MRI Imaging Systems

Full product training provided – no medical equipment experience required.

• Berkshire, Surrey and Hampshire
• Reading, Slough, Basingstoke, Fleet, Camberley, Farnborough, Aldershot, Frimley, Guildford, Bracknell and Farnham

Salary & Benefits

Earnings up to £50,000 (base salary £42,000‑£45,000 + overtime & bonus) + company car. Benefits include healthcare, generous contributory pension scheme and ongoing product training.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide service, repair, breakdown and maintenance for X‑ray, CT and MRI imaging systems at hospitals and healthcare centres.
• Deliver customer‑focused support and technical solutions.
• Work as part of a national team and build long‑term customer relationships.

Candidate Profile

• Field service engineers from medical device, medical imaging, laboratory device, semiconductor, ex‑HM Forces (RAF, REME, Navy), industrial/commercial imaging or other electronic/electrical‑mechanical manufacturing and services.
• Excellent customer service skills and a confident, professional manner in customer‑facing environments.
