Job Description
The role is to cover planned and preventive maintenance for a Facilities Management company on a mobile basis in Darlington, covering 2 sites. The engineer will work alongside a team of Maintenance Engineers.
Daily Responsibilities
- Planned and preventive maintenance
- Fault find and carry out repairs on all mechanical and HVAC equipment
- Ensure that PPM and reactive jobs are processed, defects are diagnosed, faults repaired and tested
- Carry out work safely and efficiently
- Build relationships with customers on site
- Air Handling Units
- Air conditioning systems such as VRV, VRF, VAV & FAT boxes
- Valves, pumps and HVAC equipment, including F‑Gas
- Control systems
Requirements for the Role
- Experienced Air Conditioning engineer
- Multi Skilled
- F‑Gas certification
On offer is a competitive salary of £40,000 per year depending on experience. Overtime and on call also available as well as opportunities to progress.
