Multi-Skilled Service & Installation Engineer
Location: Newhaven, East SussexHours: 39 hours per week over 4.5 days (early Friday finish)Benefits: Company van and fuel card provided; all expenses paid for overnight stays

The Role
As a Multi-Skilled Service & Installation Engineer, you will play a key role in a friendly, supportive team. This varied role combines time in the companys fitting department with travel to customer sites for servicing, repairs, and occasional installations. Youll work closely with the project engineering and production teams to deliver excellent service and maintain the companys strong reputation for quality.
Overnight stays may be required for certain projects (all expenses covered).
Key Responsibilities
- Service, repair and install specialist equipment on customer sites
- Work from detailed design drawings
- Collaborate with fitting, production and project engineering teams
- Work independently and manage your own time effectively
- Ensure high standards of quality and safety
What Youll Need
- NVQ or City & Guilds Level 3 Qualification in Engineering
- Full, clean UK driving licence
- Valid CSCS card
- Strong ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Flexible, practical, and hands-on approach
- Willingness to travel and stay away overnight when needed
