Zest is recruiting for an apprentice trained, multi-skilled engineer to join a leading food manufacturing business in Leicester. The role involves carrying out maintenance on mechanical and electrical equipment, fault-finding and repair of various machinery, and supporting continuous improvement focused on safety and quality.

The ideal candidate will have a Level 3 engineering qualification and a background in FMCG, preferably food. Compliance with food safety standards is essential for this position.
