Job Description: As the Founding Growth Lead, you will build Rezonant’s go-to-market engine from the ground up. Working directly with founder Emma Burrows (ex-CTO Stripe UK), you will own distribution, lead generation, and the transition to a PLG motion. This is a high-agency role designed for an execution-obsessed operator ready to scale a category-defining product to seven-figure ARR.

What you will do

The ideal candidate
- 2–4 years of experience in B2B growth or marketing, ideally within a fast‑paced startup or technical dev‑tools environment.
- High‑agency “founder DNA” with a track record of building automated GTM systems and running data‑driven experiments from scratch.
- Exceptional first‑principles thinker who prefers shipping and execution over traditional SaaS playbooks and high‑level strategy work.
