Job Description: As the Founding Head of Growth, you will own customer acquisition end-to-end for an AI-native fintech reimagining rental operations. Reporting to the CEO, you’ll crack distribution to landlords currently using high‑street agents. You will design rigorous experiments, build geographic density across London, and engineer compounding referral loops to scale a £108bn market opportunity.

  • Proven track record of running structured experiments with written hypotheses, documented results, and disciplined resource allocation.
  • Versatile operator comfortable with hybrid acquisition, willing to handle everything from data analysis to physical mailer coordination and partner meetings.
