Overview

We are looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA Time Consultant to support a programme focused on Time Management and CATS. The role requires strong hands‑on configuration experience across Time Evaluation, including schema design, time valuation, and quota management, alongside workflow configuration.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain SAP Time Evaluation, including positive time valuation




• Design and enhance custom time schemas and PCRs




• Configure and manage Time Quotas (accruals, deductions, validations)




• Support and optimise CATS (Cross Application Time Sheet) functionality




• Develop and maintain workflows related to time and approvals




• Validate time rules and ensure accurate processing of time data




• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and implement requirements

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong experience in SAP HCM / S/4HANA Time Management




• Hands‑on experience with positive time valuation




• Strong background in Time Quotas configuration




• Experience working with CATS




• Hands‑on experience with workflow configuration




• Ability to design and validate complex time rules




• Previous experience in S/4HANA transformations




• Exposure to public sector or regulated environments




• SC clearance eligibility (or previously held clearance)
