Description

Recruitment Consultant / Senior Recruitment Consultant based in Wimbledon office 3 days a week (after 6 months, 5 days). Salary £25,000 – £40,000 DOE + commission (10-30%, no thresholds/draws/caps) + team override + bonuses + benefits.

We are building a new team to tap into the US market.

Responsibilities

  • Client development: secure new clients and develop repeat business.
  • Market expertise: maintain deep understanding of US market trends.
  • Full‑cycle recruitment: manage process from contact to placement.
  • Collaboration: work with team to achieve targets.
  • Cold outreach & business development: spend half day building client relationships and selling services.
  • Candidate sourcing & screening: spend other half sourcing qualified candidates.
  • Relationship management: build client and candidate relationships via cold calling, headhunting, networking.
  • Target attainment: consistently hit set targets; resilient to rejection.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills and desire to succeed.
  • No recruitment experience required; in‑depth training provided.
  • Experience in recruitment (if any) is an advantage.
  • Motivation to manage KPIs and targets.
