Position: ICT ConsultantLocation: Rodley, LeedsSalary: £28,000 – £32,000Full-Time, Full-Year
Responsibilities
- Resolve and manage any technical issues impacting the running of the school’s functions by providing robust technical solutions.
- Installation or repair of computers with standardised applications and networking software, diagnosing, and solving problems that develop in their operations.
- Respond to a wide range of technical duties associated with the computer network and desktop services, including desktop computers, iPads, printers, telephones, scanners, projectors, PA equipment, AV lecterns and hardware.
Qualifications & Experience
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as an ICT Technician or 2nd line support, preferably in the education sector.• Strong technical background and knowledge of common user applications.• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.• Self‑motivated, strong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to explain technical issues in layman’s terms.• Ability to work independently, problem‑solving orientation and proactive approach to service improvement.
Job Requirements
Full-time, full year. Successful candidates will be subject to enhanced DBS and safeguarding checks.
