What you’ll be doing

• Run the full 360 recruitment process within reinsurance.
• Build long‑term relationships with clients and candidates.
• Headhunt and build talent pools.
• Achieve sales targets and consistently increase gross profit.
• Help shape the continued growth of the reinsurance division.
• Stay up to date with new trends, shifts and news in the insurance market.
• Conduct client and candidate in‑person meetings.
• Develop an annual business plan.
• Work closely with a collaborative team that shares knowledge and celebrates wins.

What we’re looking for

• 3+ years’ experience in the recruitment industry (ideally insurance or a professional sector).
• Confident communicator who builds strong relationships.
• Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
• Ambitious, driven, and commercially minded.
• Team player who enjoys being part of a close‑knit, high‑performing group.
