Our Used Car Sales Consultants are at the heart of ensuring that we deliver first class customer experiences to every customer that visits one of our dealerships. As a key point of contact, you will guide customers through the exciting experience of buying their car, ensuring the service is right the first time and every time.
About the Role
Mercedes‑Benz of Loughton offers a challenging yet rewarding position for an individual with an automotive sales background. In this role you will communicate with customers, support them in understanding their needs and guide them on their journey to buying a car. Flexible working patterns are typical, often including weekends, to provide the highest possible levels of service. Responsibilities
• Communicate with customers to understand and support their purchasing needs.• Guide customers through the buying process and ensure a smooth, customer‑focused experience.• Work a variety of flexible patterns, often including weekends, to meet customer demand.• Maintain a high level of product knowledge and provide accurate information to customers.
About You
• Good interpersonal skills and a passion for outstanding customer service.• A full and valid UK driving licence is an advantage.• Minimum requirement: automotive sales experience.• You may be asked to attend an assessment centre as part of the selection process.
