Hunters Recruitment & Training is growing and we’re looking for a driven, commercially minded people person to join our Worthing office. You do not need recruitment experience. We’re looking for someone with the right attitude, energy and ambition to build a successful long-term career in sales and recruitment.

This role suits someone who:

Recruitment Consultant – The Role

• Build relationships with candidates and local businesses
• Advertise vacancies and source talent
• Develop new client accounts through outbound calls and networking
• Manage recruitment processes from start to finish
• Learn how to negotiate, influence and sell professionally

Recruitment Consultant – What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication and people skills
• Commercial awareness and sales confidence
• Positive, hardworking and resilient personality
• Good IT skills and ability to learn quickly
• Evidence of achievement, ambition or strong work ethic

Sales, hospitality, retail, telesales or customer-facing experience is highly desirable.
