Children’s Home Manager / Liverpool / Up to £60,000

This role is open to both Deputy Managers looking for the next step in their career or experienced Registered Managers looking to join a forward-thinking company.

Responsibilities

• Registered Manager – Responsible for the safe and effective management of a children’s home
• Support children and young people with EBD and challenging behaviours
• Work with the RI to ensure the service is compliant with OFSTED and company standards
• The service is currently rated Good by OFSTED
• Manage, recruit, develop and supervise staff team, ensuring all children have child-focused support, creating positive outcomes
• Manage safeguarding concerns
• Manage the home’s budget
• The service is based in Liverpool
• Full-time, permanent contract

Salary & Location

Salary: Up to £60,000

Location: Liverpool

Requirements

• Level 5 in leadership and management
• Level 3 in children and young people
• Driving Licence
• Deputy or Registered Manager experience
