Bretby, Full-time, Permanent, Starting from £35,000 per annum, ASAP Start Available

Role

• Support the Registered Manager in the day‑to‑day running of two LD children’s homes
• Lead, supervise, and support staff teams across both services
• Ensure high‑quality, person‑centred care is delivered at all times
• Assist with compliance against Children’s Homes Regulations and Quality Standards
• Support care planning, safeguarding, audits, and quality assurance
• Step up in the Registered Manager’s absence when required

About You

• Holds a Level 3 qualification in Children’s Residential Care (essential)
• Has experience in a senior or deputy role within a children’s residential setting
• Has strong knowledge of Learning Disability services
• Is a confident leader with excellent communication skills
• Is committed to safeguarding and positive outcomes for young people
