Support tax professionals in the Public Practice market and develop long‑term relationships with major accountancy firms.
What We’re Looking For
- Experienced recruiters; ideally from Finance (Practice or C&I), but open to strong recruitment backgrounds in other sectors
- Ability to build and develop strong relationships with new and existing clients and candidates
- Driven, competitive, and expects to become the best – commission rewards excellence
- Results‑driven with high standards and pride in work
