THE ROLE
We have a role for a talented Employment Lawyer 6 – 8 PQE to join a highly ranked Employment Department
The work will be wide ranging handling both contentious and non-contentious work including advising corporates and senior employees on the following:
- Corporate reorganisations – TUPE
- Disciplinary proceedings and grievances
- M&A transactional work, due diligence and corporate support
- Drafting employment contracts, staff handbooks, consultancy agreements, NDAs, and settlement agreements
- Tribunal / Court work
As a key member of a busy team, you will also be expected to assist with managing and mentoring junior team members
THE CANDIDATE

You will be confident acting for both employers and senior employees as a key member of a successful and growing employment law team
Ideally you will have proven marketing and business development skills
