Regional Business Partner, EMEA – 6‑Month Fixed Term Contract
This position is an 6‑month contract role based in Britain, working three days a week remotely in the Bristol or Farnborough Pax8 offices. The Regional Business Partner will partner with senior leaders across EMEA to develop talent, support teams, and lead change initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic partnering and coaching: build strong relationships with leaders, diagnose needs quickly, and help them make confident people‑first decisions.
- Leadership support: coach leaders through performance conversations, team dynamics, and complex situations.
- Change leadership: support teams through organisational change, strengthen engagement and adoption while balancing compliance.
- Workforce planning & talent conversations: shape workforce strategy, spot capability gaps, support succession planning and help leaders elevate talent.
- People insights: use data and trends to inform decisions around retention, reward, wellbeing, hiring strategy and team effectiveness.
- Employee relations & risk: guide leaders through sensitive cases with integrity, consistency, and local requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Substantial experience in a strategic People Operations / HR Business Partnering role within a fast‑paced, scaling organisation.
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders, coach leaders, and drive outcomes through trust‑based partnering.
- Experience in change management, workforce planning, organisational effectiveness, and talent development.
- Strong grounding in employee relations and people risk, able to navigate complex issues with fairness and clarity.
- Comfort using people data and insights to guide decisions and shape priorities.
- A collaborative mindset and an adaptable, pragmatic style.
- Knowledge of Dutch employment law and Dutch language skills is desirable but not essential.
Compensation & Benefits
