Responsibilities

• Support the Head Nurse in fostering a positive and efficient nursing team, ensuring patient care remains the core focus.
• Lead by example and be an inspiration to others; hands-on and engaged leadership.
• Provide flexible hours and shifts (35–40 hours per week); 1 in 3 Saturday mornings; no out of hours. We are a Vets Now host practice, so case handover to the separate overnight team is available.
