Employment Senior Solicitor/Partner 8+ PQE

The Role:

The firm is seeking an Employment Senior Associate/Partner (8+ PQE) to join at a pivotal stage of growth.

You will take a leading role in a thriving Employment team, advising on a full range of contentious and non-contentious matters while helping to shape the next phase of the department’s expansion.

The Employment team consists of a HOD, 2 Partners, 1 Senior Associate, 2 Associates, 2 Solicitors and admin support, and a designated client onboarding team. With multiple future hires planned this year, the firm is looking to build on what is already a very established team.

Due to having an existing caseload a following is NOT required for this position.
