Training Lead – Configure Price Quote (CPQ)

My client are looking for an experienced Training Lead to provide end-to-end training expertise to a Conga CPQ implementation. The successful contractor will have demonstrable experience of working on largescale Configure Price Quote / Offer Management solution implementations, ideally having previously created and delivered comprehensive training packages for Conga CPQ.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end training expertise to a Conga CPQ implementation.
• Carry out training needs analysis with an established Sales team and create a training plan to support the move to Conga CPQ.
• Manage stakeholders and positively influence those affected by the change in solution; highlight benefits of the change.
• Design and author content on Digital Adoption Platforms (Apty, Whatfix, WalkMe, Pendo) to support the move to Conga CPQ.
• Train Sales Subject Matter Experts to be Super Users to offer peer-to-peer support.
• Develop e-learning content using tools such as Articulate 360 and other Learning Management Systems (e.g., Workday Learning).

Qualifications

• Experience with large-scale Configure Price Quote / Offer Management solution implementations, ideally with Conga CPQ.
• Experience creating and delivering comprehensive training packages for Conga CPQ.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Strong understanding of sales operations and processes.
• Experience with Digital Adoption Platforms (Apty, Whatfix, WalkMe, Pendo).
