What Is the Harnham Academy?
The Academy is designed for entry‑level candidates with no recruitment experience.
You’ll combine classroom learning with on‑the‑job experience, supported by your Manager and our dedicated Learning & Development Lead.
From day one, you’ll join a specialist Data & AI team, building deep market knowledge while developing the core skills of a successful Recruitment Consultant.
What You’ll Learn
Months 1–3: Foundations (180 Recruitment)
- Candidate sourcing & screening
- Interview management
- Market knowledge & candidate relationships
- Gradual transition from training to desk‑based work
Months 4–6: Choose Your Path
- Business Development Academy – learn solution selling and client development
- Advanced 180 route – specialise in candidate delivery & ownership
After 6 months, you’ll have a clear progression route based on performance and strengths.
